Build Bright Scholarship: Supporting the Next Generation
Empowering Teens Ages 12–17 to Shine Bright in School and Beyond
At Build Bright Care Group, we believe every adolescent deserves the tools, resources, and encouragement to reach their full potential. That’s why we’ve created the Build Bright Scholarship, a recurring award designed to support youth as they pursue academic, personal, and emotional growth.
We understand that school success and emotional wellbeing go hand in hand—and sometimes, a little extra support can make a big difference in helping young people feel confident, motivated, and seen.
Build Bright Scholarship Details
Award Amount: $300
Frequency: Three times per year — Fall, Winter, and Spring
Who Can Apply: Students aged 12–17 living in the U.S.
How Funds Can Be Used:
Extra school supplies or books
Extracurricular activities (sports, music, art, etc.)
Therapy or wellness-related services
Back-to-school essentials
Other education-related costs that promote wellbeing and learning
How to Apply
We welcome a range of creative formats. To apply, submit one of the following in response to the prompt below:
- Written essay or short story (300–500 words)
- Original poem
- Artwork (digital image or scanned copy)
- Short video (2 minutes or less)

What helps you take care of your mental health, stay focused in school or life, and keep moving forward—and how would this scholarship support your journey?
A parent/guardian consent form is required for applicants under 18.
Deadlines
Fall Cycle:
Applications due November 15
Winter Cycle:
Applications due March 15
Spring Cycle:
Applications due June 15
Winners will be announced by the end of the month following each application deadline. (For example, Fall winners will be announced by the end of December.)

Terms & Conditions
To ensure a fair and transparent scholarship process, applicants and their guardians should review the following guidelines:
- One winner will be selected for each scholarship cycle: Fall, Winter, and Spring.
- Each student may submit only one entry per cycle.
- All submissions must be the original work of the applicant. Entries that are copied, generated by artificial intelligence, or plagiarized from outside sources will be disqualified.
- Applicants must be between the ages of 12 and 17 and currently enrolled in middle school or high school (or an equivalent academic program). Proof of age and enrollment (such as a student ID or confirmation letter from a school official) may be requested.
- Social media participation is not required to apply or win.
- By submitting an entry, applicants and their legal guardians agree that Build Bright Care Group may—with written consent—share the applicant’s first name, age, and a portion or image of their submission on our website, social media channels, or promotional materials.
- The $300 scholarship award will be issued via check and must be used for education-related expenses such as school supplies, books, extracurricular activity fees, or wellness services that support the student’s development.
- Build Bright Care Group is not responsible for incomplete, late, or undelivered submissions, including those affected by technical issues.
The scholarship award is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for other services or goods.
- Build Bright Care Group reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the scholarship program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
- By applying, applicants and their legal guardians agree to these terms and accept all decisions made by the scholarship review committee as final.
