Our team will get in contact with you to understand your teen's needs and how we can support your family’s current situation. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have, and provide you with information about our program. You may come to visit our facility and team in person.

During the initial clinical assessment, we will get to know your teen and your family’s circumstances. If our center is the best treatment option for your adolescent, we will make a plan for the next step, and help you verify your insurance benefits to cover for your teen's mental health treatment.

After the approval process, we will guide you to complete some forms, and will coordinate with you the admission details for your teen to begin treatment. If your teen is flying alone from another state, we can make airport pick-up arrangements so they can arrive safely to our facility.
